Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.If necessary, slightly enlarge the hole left by the pit to make room for the filling.
Shell the shrimps if you haven't already done so.Drain the tuna and crumble into a bowl.
Dice the cucumber and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.In a bowl, combine the diced avocado, shrimp, tuna, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
Add lime juice, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently.
Fill the holes in the avocados with the prepared salad.Optional: Add a spoonful of mayonnaise to each avocado half.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lime zest.Serve chilled and enjoy!
