Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.Add the sugar and stir.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract (if using).
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.Gradually add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture, mixing gently.
Add the chocolate chips and mix gently.Pour the batter into a buttered and floured cake tin.
Bake for 45 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a knife blade into the center of the cake; it should come out dry.
Leave to cool before unmolding and serving.

🧁 For an even fluffier cake, add a tablespoon of plain yogurt to the batter before baking. This will add incredible texture and a slight acidity to counterbalance the sweetness of the bananas and chocolate! ✨

Recette facile à comprendre avec bon résultat à la fin, j'ai dû juste continuer un peu plus longtemps à faire cuir le cake, mais je pense que c'est en fonction des fours.
