Switch on your Cookeo and select "Browning" mode. Melt the butter in the bowl.
Add the diced ham and sauté for about 2 minutes, until lightly browned.
Press "Cancel" to stop browning. Add the coquillettes to the bowl, then pour the liquid cream over them.
Close and lock the Cookeo lid. Select "Pressure cooking" (or "Quick cooking") mode for 5 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, manually release the pressure by rotating the valve. Carefully open the lid.
Add the grated cheese to the bowl and stir until it melts and the sauce is creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the Coquillettes au Jambon et à la Crème hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley for extra color and flavor.
