Preheat oven to 200°C.
Wash and peel the potatoes. Use the mandolin to cut them into very thin slices.
In a bowl, toss the potato slices with the olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika if you want to add a touch of spice.
Arrange the potato slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure they don't overlap.
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes, turning the slices halfway through for even cooking.
The chips are ready when their edges are golden brown and crisp.
Leave to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Tip
🥔🍽️ To vary the flavors, you can add herbs such as rosemary or thyme to the chips before putting them in the oven. Serve with a sauce made with yoghurt and fresh herbs for a gourmet touch! 🌿🍹
