Cook the broccoli and peas in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and leave to cool.
In a blender or food processor, blend the broccoli, peas, onion and garlic to a coarse consistency.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the flour, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add the mixed vegetables to the dough. Mix until smooth.
Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil. Drop a tablespoon of batter into the pan and flatten to form a pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden-brown.
Arrange the pancakes on a plate and garnish with fresh coriander if desired. Serve hot.
