    - In the mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
    - Add the warm water and knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
    - Cover with a clean tea towel and leave to rest for 1 hour.

    - Preheat oven to 220°C.
    - Divide the dough into four portions and shape into elongated baguettes.
    - Place the baguettes on the baking sheet and lightly incise them on top.
    - Spray baguettes with water to create a crisp crust.

    - Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    - Cool baguettes on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
