    Allow the peanuts to cool slightly, then transfer them to a powerful blender or food processor.Blend in pulses until smooth and creamy, scraping down the edges from time to time.If necessary, add peanut oil a little at a time to achieve the desired texture.

    Transfer peanut butter to an airtight glass jar.Keep refrigerated for extended shelf-life, up to 2 months.
