Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring regularly. Once melted and well blended, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Gently stir the melted chocolate mixture into the beaten eggs.
Add the sifted flour and pinch of salt, then mix until smooth.
Pour the dough into the buttered and floured tart tin.
Scatter the raspberries over the pastry, pressing them in slightly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until the tart is set on the edges but still slightly melting in the center.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature, then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.
Before serving, decorate with a few more raspberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
