Preheat oven to 180°C.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
Add the ground beef and cook until golden brown.
Stir in chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the lasagne sheets according to package instructions. Drain.
In a gratin dish, spread a thin layer of Bolognese sauce, then a layer of lasagne sheets. Repeat until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of sauce.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella and grated Parmesan over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Let stand a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot!
