Preheat oven to 200°C (gas mark 6).Cut sun-dried tomatoes into pieces if too large.
Slice mozzarella into rounds.Arrange the slices of farmhouse bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place mozzarella slices on bread slices.Add the sun-dried tomato pieces on top of the mozzarella.
Season with salt and pepper.Drizzle with olive oil.
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the mozzarella has melted and turned golden.Remove from the oven and add the fresh basil leaves to each bruschetta.
Serve hot and enjoy!
