Blend almond powder and powdered sugar. Set aside for later use.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then gradually add powdered sugar to make a firm meringue.
Gently fold the almond powder and powdered sugar mixture into the meringue.
Divide the mixture into five bowls and color each portion with the colorants.
Fill the piping bag with each color and form small circles on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Leave the macaroons to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 150°C and bake the macaroons for 15 minutes.
Leave to cool before gently peeling the macaroons from the paper.
