Preheat your oven to 180°C and place paper cases in the muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat together sugar, brown sugar, milk, yoghurt, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture until smooth.
Pour the batter into the muffin cases, filling them two-thirds full.
Press an Oreo cookie into the center of each muffin.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool completely.
To decorate, cut a few Oreos in half to create bat wings and place them on top of the chocolate cream on each muffin. You can also add sugar eyes to give your Halloween muffins an even spookier touch.

🎃🦇 For even more impressive muffins, you can add a small touch of raspberry or strawberry jelly to the top of the muffins before placing the Oreo wings. This will add a bright color and fruity flavor that will complement the chocolate nicely. 🍓
