Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Add warm milk, melted butter, egg and grated cheese. Knead until smooth.
Cover and leave to rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
Divide the dough into 12 portions and shape into triangles.
Place the triangles on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
