Preheat oven to 220°C.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces and shape into pretzels.
In a saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of sugar and add the cinnamon.
Brush pretzels with this mixture.
Place pretzels on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Leave to cool before serving.
