In a blender, combine the mango pieces, banana, plain yoghurt, coconut milk and honey (if using).
Squeeze the juice of one lime into the mixture.
Add a few ice cubes to obtain a cold, creamy texture.
Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
Once the smoothie is well blended, taste it and adjust the sweetness level, adding more honey if necessary.
Pour into smoothie glasses.
If you wish, garnish with a few fresh mint leaves.
Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to cool further (optional).
Serve chilled and enjoy this summery mango delight.
